The only reason this place got 2 stars instead of 1 is the view. Otherwise, its pretty disappointing. The view is great. The whole dining room is surrounded by windows with spectacular views of the beach, ocean, and pier. They have seating in the dining room, at a bar area, and out on the pier. That is where the simplicity ends. The menu is very old, and is filled with rules and regulations. For instance, there is a high bar table and stools across from the bar, and right next to it, regular dining tables. We are talking about 24 inches apart. If you sit in the "bar" area, you can order from a nice bar menu with lots of affordable sandwiches and appetizers. If you cross the invisible line into the "dining" area, you are forced to only order off their dining room menu, which has few appetizers, and lots of overpriced entrees. They are VERY strict about this rule!! There are also lots of other rules littered throughout the menu about exceptions, substitutions, etc. They refer to sides as "starches", which I think went out in the early 80's. We ordered a drink from the bar in the dining area, and it took 20 minutes to get. Then we ordered the only non-seafood from the "dining room" appetizer menu, mozzarella sticks. After 25 minutes they came out, obviously from a frozen bag, undercooked, and cold. Then we ordered 2 salads, the only other non-seafood items on the menu except for a $20 burger. They were listed on the menu as "mixed green" salads. They both came in a small bowl with only iceberg lettuce, a few measly pieces of grilled chicken, and a small little cup of dressing, obviously from a cheap bottle. The chicken was bland and tasteless, as was the plain lettuce. The server came by only twice throughout the entire dining experience, and acted as if we were bothering her. Needless to say, don't get drawn in by the magic of the ocean view and waste any of your time or money at this dump. Instead, head a few blocks south and eat at the 2nd Ave Pier.

Food was good however it came out before we finished our salads. They have 6 tvs in the bar that look like computer monitors. Music was not very good.

5 stars, hands down. This place is legit, im so glad we decided to go back and try it for dinner (the first time we went, it was just for a drink and to check out the pier). Everything about this place is phenomenal - the setting, the service, and of course, most importantly, the food. Let me start by suggesting a table on the deck (well, duh.. youre eating dinner at a restaurant built on a pier. But believe it or not, people were actually waiting for a table inside..what?). The view is breathtaking. You cant ask for a better setting to enjoy dinner, especially if youre looking for that vacationy, beachy feel (and who isnt, am I right?). My next suggestion will be to order the scallops as your meal.. if you enjoy seafood, PLEASE order the scallops. They were, without question, the most ridiculous scallops I've ever had. We also had the key lime pie for desert, and, without going overly crazy about a peice of key lime pie, im going to tell you that, it too was re-freaking-diculous. 'Nough said, I think. Alex was our server and he was awesome. He was quiet, but super attentive and thorough, without being obnoxious or over bearing. He was great, and he honestly made our experience there, without even trying. One thing I will warn you of - be prepared to wait at the bathroom (ladies, you know what I'm talking about). There are 2 stalls and 1 sink, so it can get pretty crammed in there.. and out the door.. and into the waiting area. I wasnt sure if the host was taking names for tables or bathroom stalls. Regardless, I'm totally willing to over look the awkward bathroom situation, and will plan on just holding it next time.. because yes, there will be a next time at Pier 14.

The location is great and the patio is scenic. My date and I had the calamari and fried white fish appetizer and shared the surf and turf. The calamari was great but the white fish had a weird aftertaste. The steak was perfectly cooked but the lobster seemed rubbery and bland. The loaded baked potato was awesome, generous portion of bacon and cheese. My date had a glass of red wine and the pour was generous. I had a margarita on the rocks (i requested on the rocks the menu only offers frozen) and was not impressed. The service was slower than most restaurants, it was obvious that the server had most of the tables around us. Overall the view was great but nothing about the meal stood out.

Pier 14 holds a special place in my heart. I grew up coming here on vacation. A great place for drinks day or night. The food is good and comes out quickly. The patio seating is the best. Nice and cool on a hot summer day. They do have a new menu this year and I miss the turkey club!!! I tried to replace it with the Cajun grouper Ruben, or whatever it was called, I do not suggest that lunch option. The flavors do not work together. Overall, this place has a great beach atmosphere and you can fish off the pier!

First time here and the food was awesome everyone there was very nice the waiters were always in site and the environment was a very friendly environment and just the location where you sit down to eat which is out on the pier is very very beautiful you get to feel the Sea breeze and at night is just amazing just to see the city light up at night it may be the first time but it's definitely not my last New York Strip Steak is calling back!

This place was awesome! Fresh food, welcoming staff, and of course an ocean view! I was craving crab legs and I'm so happy we picked this place for them! You get 1 1/2 pound of crab legs plus a side, which is plenty for any adult. No need to go to an all you can eat buffet.

My fiancé, son, and I went there today for lunch. It was absolutely great! It's kid friendly and there's room for big groups. Our view was fantastic! Our server was attentive and friendly. The food was reasonably priced and we got decent portions. I started off with the seafood bisque cup, which was good! My fiancé and I both got the pulled pork bbq sandwich. It was piled high with meat. The fries on the side were excellent as well. They have a smaller beer selection, but they're good ones! After we finished we took a walk on the pier, which was free because we had eaten there. If you don't eat there you pay something like $1 to walk on it. Overall, it was great food and a great experience. We definitely plan on going back for dinner before we leave.

The first half of our experience at this on the beach restaurant was a one star. By the end of the dinner, it became a four star. We sat down at a not too busy hour, however it took our first waitress 15 minutes to receive our drink order. The waitress who came over never introduced herself, was very short, and seemed annoyed by our presence. The drink order that we placed was wrong (it's difficult to mess up a Coke and a water with lemon) and we hadn't received any napkins for the first half hour. It took about an hour for our food to finally make it to our table. During that time, the same waitress had not spoken to us again, although she continuously looked in our direction. Many others who had her as a server share the same sentiments and complained to management. The second waiter we had, Joseph, was absolutely stellar. He was attentive not just us, but the other tables which had been neglected by this waitress. Within minutes, Joseph had brought us the napkins, refilled our drinks, cleared our table and had taken over as our waiter. He was extremely cordial and personable, he truly added to the vacation experience. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. My wife had the shrimp platter and I had the chicken crustacean, which both came in large portions. The food and ingredients tasted fresh. I would consider coming here again, however the first waitress that we had was truly detrimental to the experience. My wife and I would both go there again with the hopes that the customer service would be more like Joseph's work and less like our first waitress.

Been here at least 3 times. Love coming here when I visit myrtle beach. Great view of the water since you're directly over it. But also you can take a nice leisurely stroll on their pier before you eat. Love the food and especially their strawberry cheesecake!

If you've ever seen the film, 'Summer Rental' with John Candy, then you'll be able to appreciate my review that much more. Pier 14 has always reminded me of the sort of restaurant you see in the film. First off, ignore the reviews acting like they're critiquing a 5 star restaurant and the disappointment of it having fallen short....This place is on a pier and it has a tackle shop attached to it for heaven's sake!! I mean, there are some clues that let ya know what you're getting into. Did some of these people really think they'd be dining at Wolfgang's?! Sometimes you need the entire beach experience and Pier 14 delivers just that. Whether you're having a burger on the pier or a nice dinner inside you'll be elbow to elbow with fellow sunburned tourists who are all having an excellent time and enjoying the view. That's exactly why you should visit it!! Nothing high-brow, here. Just a fun place to eat that's smothered in atmosphere. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. A Myrtle Beach icon that locals like me still enjoy...in the off season, when all you guys have left. Have Fun! -Neil

Food was cooked perfect and the service was great. The kids spent time on the pier while we waited for our food. We had the pork chops and fish and everything was tasty... Some of the best food yet in this area.

The view is nice from the patio and the service was good. For anyone in the Military they do offer a discount for servicemenbers. I had there fish special it was ok the rice that came with it was dry and not much flavor.

The waitress was extremely nice and the view was great. Food was mediocre. Had the clam chowder and it tasted like cafeteria clam chowder. At least the beer was cold.

When you're from New England and you have an eight-year-old who is dying for good fried seafood and fried scallop and shrimp, Pier 14 came through in a pinch! They had a good selection of surf and turf. However, they didn't have fried clams so we went for the fried oysters which was not that desirable (personal preference). The server was very attentive and made sure my 12 years old never had a saw the bottom of her glass of ice tea. "They have the best fried scallops and shrimp" - 8 year old With its great ocean views and good service, I would recommend pier 14 to any tourist.

I went there twice...for my first and last night's dinner in myrtle beach. Loved the happy hour. Loved the seating on the pier. Excellent service! And the food was outstanding. Crab legs the first night and flounder the last. I'll definitely make it a regular stop on my next visit!!!

I ordered my prime rib rare and it surely was not rare. My husband hated everything about this place. Very expensive for the quality of food that we received.

I seldom write reviews and this one is based on only one menu item, oh but what an item! We had the lunch portion of the crab legs (1 lb.) along with a baked potato for $19.95. Twenty bucks, in a tourist town, on the ocean! They were sweet and tender, and there were a lot of them to crack and dip into the clarified butter. Major yum.

Fantastic first experience. Brought the family with a 2 & 7 year old. Food was fantastic and service was even better. The location and view of the pier as we are was fantastic. We will definitely return!!!!!

Service was average to below. The garlic potatoes were excellent but the ribeyes were gristly and tough. Sorry for the cow it came from.

Excellent location and spectacular views of Myrtle Beach. Really good upscale pub food and reasonably priced especially considering it is literally in the perfect location in the middle of the Myrtle Beach surf. Just as appealing at night as it is in the daylight hours.

Atmosphere is okay but loud. Food came out quick at first, but our dinner came out so slow. Waited over 45 minutes for it! Our meal took over two hours when we didn't order anything weird and ordered fast! The staff wasn't attentive or good at all. Drink was spilled on my back and legs (although he did apologize a lot for that). The food was not good. Most dishes were over cooked and not made to what it was advertised as. The garlic bread was not garlicky and just tasted like a frozen bad breadstick. No butter either I had to get up to ask and even then they didn't have any and we had to wait and ask a manager for It. Soups were okay but didn't taste special. The calamari was bland and not good. The boom boom shrimp wasn't spicy and had a lot of breading. The main dishes weren't good as listed above. Crab legs were good though. Took forever to get an ordered coke- waters took even longer. And my iced tea was never delivered until we had to reorder it. Hardly came to check on us. Not too friendly. The waitress did ask one of our party why he didn't eat and asked if it was okay-but that was it. Didn't apologize or offer any discount for him not eating it. Not a good experience. Think twice before coming to this tourist trap. Just pay the $1 to walk the pier. Or even better go to Apache Pier in a North Myrtle Beach! You can fish there and enjoy a better pier!!!!!!!!! So many other amazing restaurants in MB and NMB to try skip this un-pleasurable place.

Ok .. Not much to say about this place. 2 stars for service and for location/view. The food was below par. I had the ribeye and shrimp (sautéed) with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable (green beans). Aside from the steak everything was extremely buttery and the green beans tasted fishy. The ribeye was full of fat. The shrimp was chewy. Someone else in our group had the same thing, but with fried shrimp and baked potato and had the same complaints. 2 guest had the seafood pasta and said there was too much crab meat. That could just be preference. Another guest had the burger which was ok but they said they've had better from Quaker Steak and Lube. This place came highly recommended and we left extremely disappointed $160 later.

Came here while on vacation in myrtle beach. Our hotel was next door. My wife ordered the Cajun chicken Alfredo and I got the grilled chicken. It was good nothing special but food was good but for the price a little on low quantity side.

Service was decent although I'm not sure our waitress was particularly honest. We were there around four to catch the back half of the UNC game and have some drinks and apps. We asked if they had any happy hour specials..we were given a couple drink specials but we're told no food specials. I've been told by several people this place has app special but regardless, we got wings and potato skins. The potato skins weren't even hot and the wings had no sauce. Also my double whiskey coke tasted like it had zero alcohol. We won't be back. The view is nice but there are several places on the pier with the same view.

Awesome seafood and great location. We were looking for a good seafood place that wasn't a buffet and was close to the beach. This place was exactly what we wanted. We ate inside so we could order from the full menu. The view was still great! The outside looked nice and was available for people in bathing suits. I had the blackened tuna and garlic mashed potatoes - Both were delicious. Others at my table got the chicken crustaceans and loved it! We also split a pitcher of southern lemonade. It was delicious and was a good amount for five of us at dinner. The service was quick and our server was really nice. We can't wait to go back!

Great selection of good food and drinks. Great service. It's on the pier on the ocean. Can't beat that. Only rule is that gentleman wear shirts with sleeves after 4:30. Excellent place to go. Steaks, seafood, burgers, even Italian.

  • Heather C.

The steak was delicious however the pasta was awful! Waiter was rude.... No refills for a very long time. Took almost three hours of our time when not overly busy... Will not go back again! The view is beautiful! That's the only reason they have two stars!

    (2)
  • Jasmine N.

The drinks are decent but what makes us most happy is the fact that they have a gluten free menu and my husband being a celiac, it's perfect for us. We also found that drunken Jack's in murrel inlet has a gluten free menu. That being said, you can be a celiac and eat well in Myrtle Beach.

  • Lura M.

This was a great restaurant in downtown Myrtle Beach and right on the water. A friend and I were seated right by the windows so we could see and hear the water coming in. You are also able to fish off the pier out back. Pretty decent food but the view was definitely the best part.

We were looking for a beach-view restaurant for a group of 6 plus a toddler that offered both seafood and other options for everyone- this place was perfect!! The beach view is unparalleled and the service was great- prompt and friendly and they made sure everyone was having a great time (we were celebrating a birthday). The food was delicious, especially the chicken crustacean, pasta dishes, and scallops. The pricing is moderate to high but the quality and portion sizes make it worthwhile. If you go before 6 you can get half-price appetizers and drink specials. Even the side salads were huge and really delicious with lots of toppings. Cant wait to eat here again on the next family vacation!

I think I'm really only giving this three stars because it was a fantastic view and it had a nice ambience. The food and service were a little lacking. We got in and were sat pretty promptly. The server, however, took her own time getting to us. There really wasn't a rush but it's still strange to be sat and to not have been greeted within a five minute period. She eventually got to us and got our drinks and we had a nacho appetizer, which I didn't think was anything spectacular - mainly ballpark nacho cheese and a lot of lettuce filler - but I guess my boyfriend found it really good. I ordered a burger and the server asked how I wanted it cooked (medium rare), and asked my boyfriend how he wanted his (well). They both came out medium well. The buns were extra crunchy (but not toasted). We were hungry but not picky so it was whatever, we just ate it as is. I think it's an okay place to stop if there's no wait and you need an air conditioned little bubble on the water. We were there on an exceptionally chilly day and just to have a warm spot where we could just watch the water was nice. I wouldn't go out of my way to make a special stop here!

My family enjoyed our dinner last night. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful even though we saw they were very busy. My kids loved walking on the pier after dinner and our food was great. The boom boom shrimp was very good!

In Myrtle Beach. We went there at night so no view and ate inside. It's off the main drag, thankfully and located on a pier. Big and airy inside. Not fancy but cosy feel. Older crowd and no young rowdies. It has a bar area. Alcoholic beverages are cheap but meals are expensive, so we stuck to salads with grilled salmon or chicken which were good and inexpensive. Salads had tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers and onions but had head lettuce. So not fancy but was good. We liked the key lime pie as it had a good lime flavour. Our server was very nice.

Great location and wonderfully priced food! Everything was fresh and the service was fast and friendly. I had the salmon and the portion was huge! My boyfriend had the steak and shrimp and left completely full!

This is a great place to eat or just enjoy a drink. Their patio is right on the ocean with amazing views. We were greeted with a friendly staff and our waiter Benjamin was great. The fish and chips are delicious and you get 3 huge pieces. If your looking for a place right on the water with good view, good food and service come here.

We loved the look of this place, how neat to be located on top of a pier! We went there one evening around 6 PM for dinner. After being shuffled outside to a lovely seating area, then decide it was a bit too windy for us, our waitress promptly found us lovely seats next to large windows that still held a lovely view of the pier and the ocean. One note: the outside menu is different from the inside; they only serve sandwiches and appitizers outside. Our waitress was very sweet and quick to get everything we needed. The seating was great, and the whole look and interior (and exterior of the outside eating on the pier) looks really shiny and polished, very clean. We ordered two Seafood Treasures to split among the four of us. We added what was called a "share meal", simply put, it added additional carbs and veggies for all of us so we could still share the main entres. The mashed potatoes and green beans were very tasty. But the fried Seafood Treasure, which came with fish, shrimp, and a variety of other seafoods, all friend, were not that tatsy. The batter used to fry the seafood did not have much flavor and the consistency was something like that which you would see on a corn dog. The seafood was delicious, but the batter was not good. I'd reccommend getting this plate grilled, as the fresh seafood would have tasted much better without the battering. This retaurant had what sounded like very appetizing food, but after our meals, we didn't even want any dessert. It was somewhat of a dissappointment. I would certainly give Pier 14 another chance, and would try anything they have that is grilled, rather than fried. I liked almost everything else about this quaint restaurant, and hope they look to their customer reviews to try and amp up their flavors. I know they can do better.

I wouldn't really go here for the food. We stopped by for a drink and a few appetizers. We had cheese sticks and potato skins. Nothing to write home about. Seemed like the usual frozen then heated stuff of mediocre restaurants. However, the location is great. Right on the pier. It was nice and cool inside, the bar service was excellent. Never once did my soda nor my guy's beer sit empty. It was a pretty friendly crowd, so we had a pleasant experience despite the average appetizers.

  • October R.

Meh. Nothing special. Great view and nice fishing spot. We did not get a chance to eat here but the view from the pier was relaxing on breezy summer day. It's quite small so I can see it getting packed when the weather is on the warmer side.

  • Kimberly D.

Excellent location!! We ate outside on the beautiful oceanfront pier. Food was very good. Jumbo shrimp appetizer was fresh. Drinks were pricey if you ordered anything other than house brand or tap beer. Grouper salad was excellent. Server was friendly and got our order 99% correct. Only drawback is that the deck is smoking....I had to endure a chain smoker behind me blowing their smoke directly at me while I was trying to taste my food. Kind of gross.

    (4)
  • R P.

The food was great and totally filling. I was surprised that you have to pay $1 to actually walk on the pier.... We didn't have cash on us so we didn't. But the service was fine so nothing to complain about. Was worth dining at.

This is the best place I have eating down here the food was great the service was awesome. Great view of the ocean . The food portions are huge !!!!! The waiter we had was very nice and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

  • Wendy B.

The menu is definitely hit or miss. The mozzarella cheese sticks are similar to what the bowling alley serves. The Lunch chicken sandwich is great, the fries that go with it can be had anywhere. We had key lime pie and cheesecake for dessert and they were both great. Cocktails were ample and well mixed. The price is probably decent for the view and watching the beach walkers is definitely entertaining.

I was looking for a restaurant in Myrtle Beach near the ocean where my son could try some fresh seafood. This place seemed to fit the bill as it was only 7 blocks from where we were staying. We spied the place while up on the skywheel at the Landshark Bar and Grill. It looked like a great location. I was right, it was a great location...but that is where the positives end. We did get a good Boom Boom Shrimp appetizer but as far as food goes that's where the good stuff ends. The server was slow and it took forever for us to get anything including our drinks. Our entree's were absolutely terrible. I got the crab cakes and I don't think I've ever had a fishier crab cake in my life. I'm not a big fan of fish but I love crab. I tasted like they used minimal crab meat and used a lot of cheap fish fillers. Which is disappointing for a $22 meal. My wife got the filet mignon which she asked to to be cooked medium. When she got it half of it was cooked medium rare and the other half was medium well. Not to mention it was chewy. Again disappointing for a $27 meal. After eating..errr....trying to get through our disappointing meal we decided to walk out on to the pier only to find out you have to pay $1 to walk on it. They force you through the gift shop to even get to the pier. The pier was alright, the view was nice but it was poorly maintained. I'd say the pier reflected the terrible food there. I give the Pier 14 Restaurant Lounge 2 Doubledays. They only get a 2 because of the view from the pier.

Place was dark, dingy, and not what I expected from what some people and locals where saying. The clam chowder was good.. Probably the only good thing we had. Prime rib was under seasoned and so was the tuna steak... Over priced. Beer and drinks were OK during happy hour or early specials.

    (2)
  • Rob K.

My wife and I had dinner at Pier 14 in July. I had the Prime Rib and she had a pasta dish. Both dishes were pretty good. Prices were reasonable and we sat outside which has a smaller menu than inside. Based on the food I would go back. Here are the cons... First, due to the heat, they have no beer on draft in the summer. Second, you need to pay to park. Some meter spots, or 5-10 bucks depending on the parking lot. Third-Could have used a piece of bread or roll with my steak or my wife's pasta. It's a small gripe but... The food was very good, and great atmosphere! The boardwalk has high/lot points so you just need to deal with it.

We love pier 14!! There's a really great bartender we make sure to come see every year. I forget his name now but I never forget his face.. Such a nice guy and still works there. The food and atmosphere is great here. We love walking out on the pier after eating.. And their gift shop is cute too.

Definitely coming back, great food and great view. If you're looking for fancy, go somewhere else. If you're looking for a great place to grab a bite and enjoy the atmosphere, this is your place!

  • Olivia K.

Not really too much to say about Pier 14. The service was average and the food was about that too. I wouldn't come here for dinner because I can tell you right now that $30 for one of their entrees is not worth it. I had a chicken sandwich with fries, and my boyfriend had a pulled pork sandwich with fries; nothing was awful but nothing was outstanding either. I would only come back for the fries.

We had a great time here mostly due to our awesome waiter, Joshua. He was hilarious and had us laughing throughout our entire meal.

  • Marilyn W.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. Our waiter treated us respectfully. I am gluten free and have many other foods that I cannot eat. The manager and the waier worked together with the chef to provide me with the best burger I've ever eaten and for alternatives to the potato side. I ate there twice and the green beans were garlicky and buttery and delicious and our waitress was nice. They also have the best coffe. Starr

Before eating here I expected my dining experience to be much better than it turned out to be. I ate here with my mother while on vacation and we both ordered a salmon dish that came with a baked potato for around $17.00. We placed the order and halfway through the waiting process our waiter told us that they ran out of baked potatoes and that we had to pick another starch so my mother picked rice and I asked if I could get a vegetable so the waiter said I can give you green beans which I think he may have charged me additional for. We got our meals and we both noticed that the salmon was overcooked and dry, my green beans were good but the rice my mother got was mediocre. Then while we were eating our meals we noticed a few plates coming out of the kitchen with baked potatoes on them so we asked our waiter about it and he told us they just found more of them, I think he was full of shit and they probably had just ran out of fully cooked potatoes when we placed our orders. The meal that we got also did not come with a vegetable, it was just fish and potato which makes no sense because most restaurants will give you both if you order a fish dinner. if I lived in the Myrtle Beach area I would not return here again, the food was very disappointing for the price we paid.

Cute place right on a pier overlooking the beach and boardwalk. I loved the views and I was able to get some nice shots of Myrtle Beach while dining here. The weather was perfect for outdoor seating. I loved that I could get up and walk around while waiting for my food to arrive. Shrimp & Kamini Crab Sandwich - It was ok. I've had better shrimp & crab salad in my days. My husband wasn't too fond of it and it didn't fill him at all. Flounder Plate - I really enjoyed this. It was nicely battered (wasn't too heavy that I couldn't taste fish.) The flavor was great and the fish tasted nice and fresh.

This place has a great view of the ocean. I was hungry when I came here but was in the mood for a drink. They have a very big drink menu with plenty of delicious choices. I went with the pineapple upside down martini and it was perfect. Prices are a little higher than other places in MB but you are paying for the view and great service.

Came by after dinner to grab a few drinks after walking up and down the boardwalk, and it was the best way to end the night. We ordered a pitcher of beer, a sex on the pier, calamari, and a dozen oysters. The calamari was a bit salty, but still, good. We sat outside since we wanted to be along side the beach, and being right on top of the waves crashing into the shore was nothing but relaxing. The wind breeze definitely calms the night very well. With good company, and good drinks, you can't really go wrong. :]

The atmosphere was worth the average food. Nothing exciting on the menu but it's hard to care when you're staring at the ocean shore. Prices were reasonable.

Save your money. Go to N. MYRTLE. my friends and I wanted a nice, fresh, seafood dinner, say steamed scallops. Our cab driver first recommended another restaurant that was basically only fried fish baskets. So we walked to this place. The menu looked just ok but their weren't a whole lot of options. I feel a little bad writing a bad review though. I get that this restaurant has probably been there for a long time and might be a "boardwalk staple." But it is just kind of gross. Now we didn't order a steak, but it still worries me when they didn't ask how I would like my fish cooked. And the prices were SO not worth the food.

Pretty cool location. The food was ok nothing special. We went here for lunch. Sat outside even though you think it's too windy. Where the tables are located outside does not get a breeze and you will get a great view of the beach. After you are done eating go head out to the pier and bypass the pier entrance fee from next door. The food is nothing special. Had the fried seafood, with a fish, scallops, and oyster. I wished the portion was bigger. I was still hungry after the meal. Ended up eating some of my kids food that they did not finish. I did not the desert. The service was great. Great southern hospitality. She was on point and checked on us and the kids to make sure drinks are full and we are ok. After done eating go walk out to the pier, enjoy the view and watch people fish.

Had dinner last night Friendly server atmosphere fair dark. sour dough rolls delicious I had crab legs which were ok my husband had a center cut pork chop which was dry and full of grizzle throughout with no flavor. My mashed garlic potatoes were not great either. It was their last night open for season so a lot of food not available from menu. I spoke to manager and did get 1/2 off pork chop meal. I would not return recommend except for bar or pier. A bit pricey as well for quality.

Hana! Two Russian ladies just tried to order two mojitos, and she says we don't do mojitos (your at the BEACH, not Cancun) then they ask for frozen drinks and the bartender says the machine is down! AWESOME! Tip of the day!! DO NOT ASK THE BARTENDER at the beach to make a mojito or a frozen drink! Burger and a Beer! Tami is great behind the bar

We went on a Sunday afternoon, the waiter wasn't really sure about anything... what the drink special was, what was in a chicken wrap.... eventually told us lettuce, onion, cheese, tomato, chicken. Asked him to hold the onion but was unpleasantly surprised to find a ton of green onion chunks in it! Hopefully he was new and still learning?? Boyfriend was unimpressed with the Shrimp Po'Boy, as it was literally just fried shrimp on bread. My sister and her husband were also not thrilled with their meals. Everything was reasonably priced, however, so it was a "meh" experience.

Stopped here for a couple drinks while walking around the boardwalk. Friendly staff and decent pour. We walked out on the pier to watch some people fish and take some pictures. Scenery was great and over all it was a pretty cool, relaxed restaurant. We had some 'shark bites' which was pretty good. I think they said it was just whatever the catch of the day was fried up.

Bland City! If all the other good restaurants left on the pier were taken then I would tell you to eat here. The appetizer was the best thing here. Our appetizer was Boom Boom shrimp (aka: popcorn shrimp) I got the stuffed flounder, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. All bland! My boyfriend got a cheese burger and fries also bland. How can you screw up a cheese burger?! The serves was a second highlight to this place which is way I am being generous with three stars. Keep walking if unless your starving.

Great location on the pier with a nice view of the ocean from pretty much every table. Disappointed with everything else. It was a Sunday afternoon around 3 or 4 and there were four tables in the restaurant. With that being said, I have no idea why it took SO long to get any service and even longer to get our food. When we finally received our food, it was good - not great. The clam chowder and seafood bisque were decent and the grouper sandwich tasted fresh and was a lot bigger than I expected. Mango margaritas were yummy too. I just can't understand why we had to stare at so many employees rolling up silverware while we had to wait a while for everything, including a refill on our water. Won't be going back, but it was a cool experience to eat on the pier.

Service was very good. All the staff seemed very friendly and prompt with attention. The food we had was subpar. I ordered surf and turf. The steak was thin and severely overlooked. The lobster tail was dry. The green beans were without question poured out if a GFS tub. I know it's a tourist town and don't expect fine dining cuisine but I expected more for what we paid. My wife got crab legs which were average. Looks like a good place to have some drinks and appetizers (the fried green beans were good) but would avoid for dinner meal. Disappointing overall.

This place needs a visit from John Teffer. What a great location but what a dump. We were walking down the boardwalk and saw this place and thought we would stop in. Severs we eating behind the bar trash was on the bar. Beer was warm this place could be a amazing bar and grill. Bar rescue!

Didn't order food but stopped in the open air bar last evening and had a drink while watching the surf. Great place to unwind after a work week. Bartender was nice and the the waitress came around immediately. We will definitely enjoy and evening or more there once in a while on our walks to and from the beach.

I was excited to go to this restaurant because it was placed out on the water with the pier. Maybe because it was dark, but the atmosphere was more than enjoyable. It had the whole old sea kind of feel to it, but you really didn't feel as though you were on the water or even at the beach. The service wasn't anything to rave about, pretty much straight forward, no personality really to the bartenders. My drink was surprisingly good, I had a hurricane, but the food wasn't anything to rave about. Our chicken fingers were pretty sad looking, but the tomato basil soup was pretty good. We enjoyed the company of each other, but I can't comment much on the atmosphere at the restaurant. It was very quiet, even though there was quite a few people there, and the space was very tight. This might be a good stop for a quick bite to eat, but I wouldn't recommend it for much else.

Stopped in for lunch while on vacation. The food was delicious. Ordered the salmon BLT which was fantastic. Cooked to order (rare) and blackened. The salmon was spot on with the temp and the seasoning was perfect. The dill sauce and the wasabi sauce that came with the sandwich were a great compliment to the dish. My wife had a crab cake that was seasoned excellently. The kids had burgers and fries off the kids menu. The burgers needed some work and seemed to be something out of the freezer which is a reason to slash off a star and would really prefer to give a 3.5 rating. The upside was that the kids both got a Pier 14 Frisbee which was cute for them. This was after the Labor Day and was the start of the off season so there was no wait to get in and get seated. As stated, this was a lunch and had a specific menu for this. The price was like any other price of a "Touristy" location but to eat on the pier overlooking the ocean was beautiful.

    (4)
  • Jenna E.

This place is really fun and the food was good. We ordered everything from steak to crab legs to kiddie menu items to beef/vegetable soup. The dinner rolls were a bit bland, but everything else was good. The grilled cheese from the kids' menu was really good!! And the waitress was great. A little slow but very attentive to a large group with kids. Priced about right for a touristy location (so it was overpriced!) but the view from the pier, the ambience and the overall experience were worth it! TIP: if you park in one of the lots across the street, ask somebody leaving if you can use their parking ticket. You have to pay for a full day ($10) ... Worth trying to buy a discounted used ticket!!

Smoky smell in background disrupts the flow if you are sensitive to smoke. No real help to get through menu and drink specials - so the start was not so good. But....Pier is a nice touch - esp if you wait to be seated which makes the pier walk free. Apps were good and grouper fingers in particular were tasty. Dinners - we stuck to crab legs, salmon, tuna and flounder. All were very good. Crab legs were way more than 1.5 lbs advertised. Tuna and wasabi were great and garlic mashed and beans good complement. Salmon was crushed by my kids. Flounder with stuffed crab delish. If smoky env was addressed and service a little more engaging I would give it a complete five stars. I would say avoid steak and burgers and such since the reviews by others were rough. But my experience was very good and prices right.

Worst place ever. All food is pre-made in the morning for premium price. I'm not sure how this place is rated so highly when the above was confirmed by the waiter and manager.

  • Kai R.

Don't eat here, because of the gift shop or the food. Eat here, because of the Pier. The pier is a little scary, because boards are loose, but we were able to go right out to the ocean. Awesome view! Otherwise, the service was ok, as the hostess told me to push my chair in, as she couldn't get pass me or her belly couldn't (the party she was escorting, was much nicer and apologized for her not asking me nicer to move in) and the food was...did I mention the pier is awesome? Just awesome!

We ate here twice. Once outside with the smaller menu. Loved the atmosphere! The buffalo shrimp appetizer and fish sandwich were both outstanding! We came back and had the full menu inside. All of our meals were excellent! Six of us tried 5 different meals and we were all impressed. The seafood Alfredo, the fried shrimp, the seafood platter, the ribeye, and the chicken covered with shrimp and scallops, I can't remember what the name of the dish was. Service was excellent. We can't understand some of the negative reviews. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Most of the restaurants in Myrtle Beach are bad, but hmmm....Pier 14 isn't horrible yet, it is not very good either. The food was "meh" not good and for the price you are paying for the atmosphere and the view. My question for anyone giving this place more than one or two stars, do you live in a town where they don't have five star restaurants, because if you have given this place more than two stars it is a reflection of your taste. The only positive things that I can say about Pier 14 is the view of the ocean is worth the visit, but DON'T order any food please, because you will be very disappointed! The drinks on the other hand are delicious! Maybe, they are expensive, but hey you are on vacation right? Be adventurous and try a drink that you've never had before, because let me guess this place is near your hotel? The handsome waiter went above and beyond to make sure that I liked my drink when I ordered the wrong drink he was very nice in doctoring it up for me. If you decide to go for drinks at Pier 14, make sure you take a walk on their outstanding bridge to get a view of the ocean that you can't get from the shore. I enjoyed looking down at the fish and clean water and you will too!

  • Joe M.

Ok let me first start by saying....this place is horrible...ok not horrible..pitiful...ok...not pitiful....sad...okay not sad..pathetic...okay...you get the point. All the above goes for the food, service, and pricing. My wife and I got the prime rib and hers was to be med-well and mine was to be med-rare...the both came out the same...well done. I believe we ate microwavable prime. As far as the service...there was none..had to ask for everything. Don't get caught up in the advertising...because if anything......that is the only thing they do right. Tourist beware....bet the don't have any local regulars. YELP needs a no star rating....because giving them one looks like they can do something right........okay sorry....forgot ....advertising deserves one star.

We went here two nights in a row-once to have some drinks and again the next night for dinner. Both times we sat at the bar--the way to go if you don't mind that they allow smoking at the bar. We had great service, all the bartenders were friendly and quick, and one even remembered us the second time we came in. The first night we paid $17 for a pitcher of the pier breeze mixed drink, which wasn't bad at all! We got the boom boom shrimp to munch on with our drinks and that was pretty good! Second night, I ordered a burger (which was great) and my husband intended to get fried oysters. He didn't say "fried", and instead got raw oysters! We actually went ahead and ate them and they were not bad--they were really fresh. Overall we enjoyed our experience here, and would definitely return if we stay near this area again.

Save your cash and go elsewhere. Service was fine atmosphere was nice being ocean view. Salad was fine bread not so exciting. I had fried flounder and fries and side veggies. The veggies were gross and the flounder was ok fries soggy I was very disappointed with my meal. My husband had chicken crustacean which aside from the scallops you couldn't tell what kind of "crustacean" he was eating. He said to describe it as mystery meat and elementary school caf food. They definitely need a new kitchen manager or something. We also had app of peel and eat shrimp which was ok but I swear I've had better from frozen section of grocery store. Will not be going back.

I loved the Shark Bites. I got the bites and wings during happy hour (4-6) so they were 7.50 together which was great because it was a good amount of food. My girlfriend got the Nachos which weren't very good. I wouldn't recommend them. The cheese wasn't melted and the sour cream was packaged and not tasty. She ended up getting Superskins which were delicious. Best option for her as she is a vegetarian. The well drinks were cheap and the view was beautiful. The only downfall of sitting outside was the random pigeon scavenging for food and some bugs. A good spot worth revisiting.

My friends and I were starving and happened to walk by this place along the beach. We sat outside on the patio with shade, which was kinda nice. The menu claimed that their shrimp and kamini crab sandwich is the best in MB so we each got a wrap that had the salad mix in the middle. It turns out that it was just shrimp, psuedo crab (not real crab!), celery, and mayonnaise. It was alright..but I definitely have had better and was not impressed with the pseudo crab given the abundance of seafood I can find anywhere in Myrtle Beach. This place also lets their ketchup roast in the sun, and their fries were not good. I would only go back if I wanted a drink on their patio, definitely not for eating.

This is billed as one of the best restaurants in MB. My grandson ordered steak and lobster ($37.00) The lobster was great. The steak was so consumed by smoke flavor it was inedible. He ordered another cooked on the flat grill and it was fine. I ordered crab legs (1.5lbs for $28.00). They were overcooked and tasteless. The shells bent instead of snapping open as required to get the meat out. My husband has an egg allergy so nothing but sautéed fish available for him. We had four draft beers between us. Our bill was right at $150.00 for three. We obviously knew what the cost would be when we ordered. We therefore expected a special meal. It was anything but.

  • Tom N.

I don't want to rate this unfairly as I did not experiance anything other than the forced gift shop. I simply want to point out that they do not tell you it costs a dollar to walk on the pier until the very last second. This would explain why all day from the beach we hardly saw anybody walking on it. 1 dollar is not a big deal financially however when you are on the beach without your wallet clearly this poses a bit of a problem. Just a heads up bring a buck. I gave three stars to be fair.

My husband and I went here because we were visiting from Charleston and it was convenient and had never been to a restaurant with this kind of location (we had just moved from the midwest.) Our waiter was *okay.* He wasn't nice, but he wasn't terrible either. I got a cheeseburger and didn't really care for it. My husband ordered shrimp. I don't like seafood so I don't know how it was. My fries tasted like they'd been sitting a while. The view is very nice, I just don't think the food is that great. I wouldn't return just for the view, when I can get beautiful views and great food here in Charleston.

  • Lexa R.

Decor is beautiful. Our waitress was great. Calamari appetizer was delicious. However my $25 steak dinner was just not up to par. It was overcooked and tasted very strange...almost like the pan that was used had a days worth of old grease on it. I would go back but would not order steak.

  • Tls K.

We chose this restaurant only because we were hungry and it was close to the Sky Wheel. The waitress worked with my and my food allergy to provide me with a spinach free salad and grilled grouper. My meal was delicious. My 4 year old didn't enjoy his fried kids meal. I wish restaurants offered healthier options for kids. But the included Frisbee was a nice beach toy. My husband enjoyed his fried flounder. The rolls on the table seemed old and slightly stale. The gift shop granted us free access to the pier while we waited for our table.

    (3)
  • Lexy S.

This place is your typical tourist trap. Food is all fried and what you would expect from a restaurant on a pier. The seafood bisque was good though. Not many options for eating healthy and vegetarian though.

  • Randy T.

This is a great place to eat at the end of the boardwalk. The service was great and the food was above average. It's not nearly as pricey as some people make it out ot be, and view of the boardwalk and water is amazing. Dine inside or out, either way, you should enjoy this place! The stuffed flounder was amazing, it was like eating fish stuffed with a delicious crab cake!!

  • John H.

Paying for location, food is okay... Driving from Charlotte to Myrtle beach after a half day of work - we made it through traffic okay but we were starving and looking for a good place to eat. This place was right outside our hotel so we walked over and gave it a try. There was a wait for a table 30-45min... so we got even hungrier. When we were seated, there were a lot of open tables! I guess they didn't have enough wait staff that night. Our waiter was nice and helped us decide on some of the menu items. I had the seafood linguine, which I ate the whole thing (the waiter claimed that the portion was huge). Maybe I was just hungry but that definitely hit the spot. The location is nice since you are dining out over the water, but I think it is a little pricey due to its location on the beach and the novelty of eating "over the water". We ate at night, so there wasn't much of an ocean view to be had, but food was decent enough.

Went here for dinner during my vacation. Had oysters. Being from Massachusetts I had my doubts but they were fresh and chilled. Service was quick. Sit outside on the pier for the best experience. They do allow smoking inside which is not the norm for us northerner's.

    (4)
  • Brian T.

Had meal inside as outside meals were just quick service type meals. Grouper was good. Only reason not 5 stars is I was charged a dollar extra without being told of additional charge for loaded potato. Bit pricey like most restaurants in MB. Atmosphere was great!

  • Mike B.

Went while on vacation...don't expect a high end meal, it is a restaurant on a pier. We went when the place was packed so that made it a long wait for food to get served. I ordered one of the many fried items on the menu. Ok..not great. What we expected. There are plenty of places to eat in the area so think about what you are looking for before you go. They do have outside seating so it would be interesting to stop by at lunch and enjoy a cocktail and watch the ocean...maybe?

Alright, this place is a little divey. But our waitress was awesome. This restaurant felt like a throwback. I ordered a Pina Colada. HOLY MOLY! Knock my socks off good. I drank it like a kid...I could have had another thats how good it was. The food wasn't anything to write home about, but the view of the pier and the water was nice. I would go back just for another Pina Colada.

  • Risto D.

fresh and crispy calamari during happy hour on the pier. add a pitcher of your favorite cocktail and it doesnt get any better than that. Service was good as well. if u sit outside on the pier it gives u a nice view from the whole boardwalk

  • Kenya P.

Brian was our waiter that would be Brian with an "I", as he so kindly informed me. We had a fairly large party, 11! Brian was rude, condescending and an unacceptable attitude. The kitchen took 55 mins. to deliver our food. Appetizers were served sporadically. The response from management however, was great! She rectified the situation as much as she could and was very empathic about the service we received. The food...AWESOME! But that becomes unimportant when you feel you are not respected or they'd rather you not be a patron at all.

A great place for lunch that's right on the ocean. Prices can be a bit high for anything outside of lunch however they have pretty good portions. Pier 14 has a touristy souvaneer shop and has a very nice pier to walk out onto. If your not staying in one of the nearby hotels, parking can be a bit of a nightmare so be sure to bring a few quarters and park where there is a meter about a block or so away.

My husband and i arrived around 11:15 after the skywheel for lunch. There is smoking in the bar which shares a large room with diners, so when we came no one was smoking then. The waitress was very knowledgeable and told us what was local and what was frozen, which we very much appreciated (Laura)! We had a delicious blackened grouper salad and peel and eat shrimp. The bloody Mary was spicy delicious, the view awesome!

BAD, definitely would not recommend. I ordered the calamari and it was tough and chewy beyond edible. A friend ordered the steak that was full of gristle and fat. Neither were good. The location was great, but the food was horrible.

This place is not what I expected. I was expecting a nice dinner and classy dining. However, it's more a family feel with almost a joes crab shack type feel. It's right in the pier on the beach, so it's a great location! I had the crab legs, so you cant really mess that up, but the other people I was with had the filet and the crab cakes. Both were a hit. Next time I'm in town, I will come and sit on the patio for drinks, but I'm not sure I will be back for food.

it was raining.....a storm was brewing....so we ducked in for drinks and food to wait it out. The view was awesome! nothing like being right over the ocean as a thunder storm rolls in at sunset! But the food....was totally disgusting. I'd been on the south beach diet to get into my bathing suit and was looking forward to cheating with some kind of potatos....choose the garlic mashed and crab legs because I thought there would be little way of messing it up. I was so wrong. The crab was basically inedible and the potatoes must have been cooked a week before we got there....I couldn't eat my food and even the drink wasn't strong enough. I'm sure it's the location that has this place crowded...my wife was just as disgusted with her meal which thankfully I've put out of my mind. Wish I could sick Gorden Ramsey on them...I bet he'd find a nasty mess in the kitchen.

I was on vacation here a couple weeks ago and decided to stop in here for dinner with my wife. They allow you to seat yourself either inside or out so we decided to go outside. When we took our seats we were never greeted by anyone in the section we were at, one of the waitress looked at us 3 times and never said anything so after 20 mins we left and went to Landshark Bar and Grille which had great service. Pier 14 gave us horrible service and we will not be coming back here.

Slow service and a $23.00 seafood sampler that would not fill up a 4 year old.It all tasted ok but I cannot recommend it.

Meh is right. We had 7 for dinner; early bird specials were fortunately low priced, and my teenagers were OK with the chicken monterey and smallish prime rib. I had stuffed flounder; overcooked and the stuffing had a rubbery texture, although it tasted OK. Everything was adequate, nothing was good or great. The one saving grace aside from discounts - the view was spectacular!

Horrible service, can't stress it enough. Horrible. Went there last August and I won't be satisfied until I have reviewed this restaurant on every site I come across on how horrible it was. Rude staff, slow service, so so food.

  • Liz N.

You're really paying for the beautiful view of the boardwalk and beach here. I had a lunch special that was extremely well priced, but certainly not high quality food. Don't get green beans for a side, they're obviously from a can.. The service was below average but not bad. I recommend this if it's a nice day outside. The pier you can dine on is nice, the food is mediocre home style.

  • Beth G.

Went here on a whim after checking out the menu online while on vacation. I believe the menu said dinner attire, but it's mostly a casual place. There is indoor and outdoor seating available, but only a limited menu if you are sitting out on the pier. You do pay a little higher prices due to the view, but it's a good one. I ordered seafood pasta, (which was very good) and my husband ordered fish (also good.) The staff was friendly, and service good. The only con was that you had to pay to walk out on the pier. ( I think it was only $1 or $2) We wanted to walk out afer dinner but didn't have cash on us so decided to skip it. Overall I would go back here and recommend you go too!

  • Steph S.

Sat outside and ordered off the outside menu...only 3 entrees to choose from on that menu but you don't have a choice if you want to sit outside and enjoy of the ocean. I had the broiled flounder and my boyfriend had chicken. Good food with beautiful view.

This is my first time writing a restaurant review. Felt compelled as this is also the first time EVER not leaving a waitperson a tip. We had a good experience here in April of 2011. What happened? The manager YVONNE, didn't care about our concerns. When the management doesn't care the waitstaff doesn't care. Never been served by such an uncaring waitress {Audrey}. Probably not Audrey's fault for not caring about us when Yvonne {manager} doesn't teach the waitress how to give customer's care.

My husband and I stopped by this place as we were taking a walk along the beach. They have a little gift shop with you ordinary beach trinkets and a restaurant. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which he really liked as he said the burger had seasoning on it. I tried a bite and it was very tasty as well as being a pretty substantially sized burger. I got the fish sandwich which was nothing different than any fish sandwich I have gotten anywhere. After we were done we took a walk down the pier to watch people fishing. Overall would stop back since it was a nice place to stop and people watch while getting lunch.

Very crowded - faced with the choice of a 45min to 1hr wait for inside, or 20min outside, chose outside where there's a much smaller menu - just 4 entrees to choose from. Waiter seemed harried, but food was good, flavorful and reasonably priced.

We came in for dinner on Saturday night and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. We grabbed a beer at the bar and we were sat in about 15 minutes which was a pleasant surprise. The server brought us some waters and took our order. We had a couple salads to start with that were pretty decent. Our food was AMAZING! I had shrimp and scallops and my boyfriend had the surf and turf. It was so good. A lot of reviews talk about the pricing which is weird because it is a nicer place and the food was worth the price for how much you got. I don't find $21 unreasonable for shrimp and scallops with 2 sides so maybe it's just me. The service was good and the food was the perfect saturday night dinner.

Great food, reasonable prices. Everyone was very friendly.. Even when swamped with a packed restaurant. Very clean place. I would recommend this. Family friendly.

Best pina colada I've ever had. The rest of the food was pretty good as well. View was amazing. The service was decent but definitely not the best. It may have been because we had a male server and I was breastfeeding without a cover. Still no excuse for not refilling the drinks.

We just went here for drinks. What an awesome location! Beautiful deck. Fun place for drinks. Very attentive staff and great mixed drinks! I loved the lemon drop. Great place to meet friends and enjoy the view! We will be back!

This place is nice to stop for a drink. But, I wouldn't bother with the food. The menu said they had the best burgers on the beach, so my husband and I ordered them and my Mom ordered potato skins. The burger was on such stale bread we ended up only eating the burger and leaving the roll. My mom's potato skins were quartered potatoes covered in greasy orange cheese. If you want burgers go to Dirty Don's up the boardwalk. They definitely have the best burgers on the boardwalk!

We stopped by Myrtle Beach to grab some lunch while in town. This place was very attractive as it allowed us to eat lunch out on the pier and enjoy the beach. When we walked in we were told to seat ourselves outside. It was pretty busy and every table was taken except for some large tables that are reserved for parties of 5 or more and one that needed to be cleaned off. We waited for the one table to be cleaned which took almost 10 minutes. Once we sat, someone came by with menus and we wait about 3 more minutes before getting our drink order in. Once we ordered our food it took a reasonable amount of time to come out. However, my wife is a vegetarian and specifically requested no bacon on her potato wedges. The server did not write this down and the person who ran the food out piled on the bacon before bringing it out. They rushed a new order out to us, but failed to finish melting the cheese on top in their haste. We paid our check and left and were not offered anything for the inconveniences, not even taking care of the $2 up-charge for extra veggies on the potato wedges. Other than the great location, I would not specifically recommend this place. The decor feels like it's stuck in the 70's or 80's.

Very great place to eat at, ocean view and it's so nice , we had a very good waitress and it's so nice , good filet and very good bread , and it's so nice , but the wait was long and I wish it was cleaner and it got cold in the inside so bring something light .

We had a great dinner here on our honeymoon. We were down at the Boardwalk for the Wednesday night fireworks. We had a 10-15 minute wait for a table, but had plenty of room to grab a couple of tasty beverages at the bar while enjoying a cigarette (there is smoking at the bar, and there is a cigarette machine in the entry way - a rare find). We were seated before we had expected, ordered some oysters on the half shell, which were good. I do not like raw oysters so I am not a good critic of this, but my husband said they were great! The fan tail shrimp were well cooked and breaded. The bake potato was a potato and the snow peas were a bit overcooked. He enjoyed the seafood linguine, with shrimp, crab and scallops. All in all, it was a great experience. We walked out on the pier, enjoyed the rest of our after dinner bevages as the fireworks went off over the shoreline!

We had crustacean chicken which is like a beer battered chicken breast topped with seafood. It's yummy. Bubbas crab cakes were good too. Garlic mashed potatoes and green beans for sides were good.
